• Sunscreen, athletic clothes (for games), casual clothes (for services) and tennis shoes.
• Water Bottle
• Swimsuit (you'll need a swimsuit everyday)
  • Guys: Modest swim trunks
  • Ladies: Modest one piece and shorts
• Toothbrush and other toiletries
• Phone charger
• Towels (Bedding is provided by the Camp)

Although we do not guarantee an amount, financial aid is available. If you need financial aid to attend, please ask your parent/guardian to fill out the form linked below. 

Youth Camp 2026 Scholarship Application

The required $100 deposit is non-refundable. If your student can no longer attend Youth Camp, you can request a partial refund or apply payments to another student’s account.

Protecting our students  is our number one priority. Here’s what you can expect:

• Every adult serving in our student  ministry is background checked and approved by theChapel leadership.
• We'll have a team dedicated to keeping your student  safe during every part of the Camp. These include security staff and volunteers (think hall monitors and night watch) and camp nurses.

• Students  who take medication must bring only what is needed for the duration of the event in a clear bag. This bag will be turned in to our nurses at Check-In.
• Nurses will administer medications at the proper times that you, as the parent or guardian, tell us.
• If a student needs help with their medication, their Group Leader can help administer it with parent consent.
• All medications must be documented during the bag-check at check-in.

• As mentioned in the registration form, we reserve the right to send any student home for any misconduct at the discretion of theChapel staff and leadership.
• Realizing that modesty is subjective, anyone asked to change their attire must adhere to leadership. This will be done in a discrete manner.
• Students are encouraged to bring a small amount of cash for the snack shack that will be open everyday.

• Four youth in a room (two per bed)
• Four leaders in a room (two per bed)
• Leaders will be housed on every floor.
• Males and females are housed on separate floors.
• Room Checks will occur every night at 11:30PM by Group Leaders and security staff and volunteers.
