Prayer and fasting don’t drain you, they fuel you. When you set aside time for prayer and fasting, you make space for God to move in power. Each morning, begin with Scripture and a focused time of prayer to set the tone for your day. Throughout the week, look for ways to stay encouraged and guided through prompts, resources, or reflections.

Types of Fasts
Fasting can happen at any time, for anyone. Fasting is about creating space for God’s power, setting aside (remove) things like food, media, or hobbies to (replace) seek Him with focus.
