Port Richey Team Selection

Prayer Team

At the end of each service, prayer partners are available at the front of the auditorium. The people are encouraged to come up and receive prayer for anything that might be going on in their lives. There’s no better way to share a special moment with people than to join them in prayer. 

Time Commitment: Sundays every other week 8:45 am - 11:00am

Setup Team

We’re the first ones on site. The early bird gets the worm. We crack open the storage box and roll in all the equipment, and then we get to work setting things in place and setting up all areas from the lobby to kids rooms and check-in to the main auditorium. We’re a well-oiled machine with everything setup and ready to welcome the people 30 minutes before we expect them to arrive. 

Time Commitment: Sundays every other week 7am-9am

Cleaning Team

We want this to be a church where people stick, but not literally. It’s a movie theater. Everything is sticky. We get to make it un-sticky and smelling fresh so that everyone’s experience is “so fresh and so clean” clean. We’ll get the bathrooms and auditoriums ready to make someone’s day! 

Time Commitment: Sundays every other week 7:30am - 9am 

Tech Team 

Hosting services on screens requires a lot of technology to be sharp and ready to go. That’s where our tech team comes in. We’re making sure that the video, lighting and sound equipment is firing on all cylinders and ready to deliver a great experience for guests throughout the building. 

Time Commitment: Sundays every other week 8am - 11am

Tear Down Team

All good things must come to an end. We’re the crew that picks up the pieces, and lovingly stacks them into the POD with our Tetris master skills. We will also do a quick touch up clean to conceal the evidence that we were ever there. It’s a good team for people that value sleeping in a little longer, and enjoy a good workout after church. 

Time Commitment: Sundays every other week 10:30 - 11:30am

Greeters & Parking Lot Team

We’re just trying to make a good first impression. Our team is strategically placed throughout the campus to provide a friendly smile as we guide folks to a good parking spot or open a door.

Time Commitment: Sundays every other week 8:45am - 9:45am 

Chapel Kids k-5th Grade Team

The movie theater is a magical place for young kids. Our team helps the elementary school aged kids have an experience with Jesus. We’re engaged with them in worship, playing games, and connecting them with the message by leading a CK Connect Group right there on the weekend.  

Time Commitment: Sundays every other week 8:45am - 11am

Chapel Kids infant-5 yrs Team

We’re introducing our smallest church people to the love and care of Jesus by providing a safe, nurturing environment for them to explore. We get to hold the babies, and make sure that the toddlers have plenty of fun activities to do! 

Time Commitment: Sundays every other week 8:45am - 11am

Check-in Team

Our check-in process is one of the most important ways that we give parents confidence that their kids are safe. That allows them to let go of their worries, and have a great experience in the presence of God. All we have to do is make sure that the process is friendly, efficient and fast. 

Time Commitment: Sundays every other week 8:45am - 11am

Coffee & Hospitality Team

Our team puts the “good” in good morning! People connect around a good cup of coffee and some refreshments. We make sure the hot stuff is hot, the cold stuff is cold, and that the serving stations stay clean and ready to serve! 

Time Commitment: Sundays every other week 7:30am - 10:15am
