Kingdom Minded — Eternity Focused

The Legacy Team is an outlet for those who are called and equipped to finance the Kingdom of God and to leave a legacy. The Legacy Team serves our church with the gift of giving.

What is the Legacy Team?

The Legacy Team accelerates the vision God has given theChapel through the gift of giving. (Romans 12) While Legacy Lane projects are budgeted for, the Legacy Team helps to bring the projects to completion faster by funding the vision gap between the total project cost and the budgeted amount by giving above and beyond their normal giving. We always say, "God sets the vision, but the Legacy Team sets the pace.

Keep scrolling to see how you can be part of the Legacy Team.

We have different gifts, according to the grace given to each of us. If your gift is prophesying, then prophesy in accordance with your faith; if it is serving, then serve; if it is teaching, then teach; if it is to encourage, then give encouragement; if it is giving, then give generously; if it is to lead, do it diligently; if it is to show mercy, do it cheerfully.

ROMANS 12:6-8

The Five Legacy Lanes of Impact

1. theChapel Projects Lane - Capital improvement projects, including future multi-site locations, building upgrades, and ministry expansion, increasing on-site ministry capability.

Room 101 Enhancement: Total Project Cost  $165k,  Budgeted Amount  $85k =  Vision Gap $69k

We currently use this space as a video overflow for the adult weekend experience. This enhancement and build out will help create more space for discipleship classes. The goal of this room is to be multi-functional to maximize opportunities to minister to theChapel and to our community. Completing this space will continue accommodating the community's needs from outside organizations seeking a professional, uplifting, and positive atmosphere for holding meetings, such as the Faith and Values Commission and the Chamber of Commerce and other Christ centered non profit organizations.

Regal Satellite Campus: Total Project Cost $145k, Budgeted Amount $115k = Vision Gap $30k

This satellite location located in the Regal theater is projected to launch in the fall of 2024. This campus will help alleviate the adult attendance, children's spaces, and parking strain at the Trinity Campus. theChapel Port Richey will maintain the same excellent experience for adults and children as the Trinity Campus, although there will be some differences based on the location.

4&Co Satellite Campus: Total Project Cost $165k, Budgeted Amount $75k = Vision Gap $90k

This satellite location will be located in the 4&Co: a sollective community workspace. The Odessa Satellite location will launch as soon as funding is made available. theChapel Odessa Campus will help alleviate the adult attendance, children's spaces, and parking strain at the current Trinity Campus location. This satellite campus will maintain the same excellent experience as the Trinity Campus, although there will be some differences based on the location.

Odessa Campus Future Home: Total Project Cost $3.2m, Budgeted Amount $1.9m = Vision Gap $1.3m

We are looking to build out a permanent location for the Odessa Campus, next to Rasmussen College. The build out will begin late 2024 and is projected to take 14 months to complete. Once this happens we can move people who call theChapel home in Odessa to this new location! The time frames are contingent upon giving and when the vision gap is fulfilled.

2. Leadership Development Lane  - We'll raise up the next generation of leaders in ministry and the marketplace through our summer Leadership Internship.  Build a leadership academy to allow us to bring an accredited program to our young leaders.  This lane also helps to coach pastors in our community and across the country to serve the people and communities where God has planted them.

Summer Leadership Internship Program: Total Project Cost $71k, Budgeted Amount $41k = Vision Gap $30k

"In Your Corner" Coaching/Training: Total Project Cost $5.6k, Budgeted Amount $2.3k = Vision Gap $3.3k
FULLY FUNDED

Now the the Project has been fully funded...

3. Community Care & Counseling Lane - Your ongoing legacy support allows us to provide classes and scholarships for individuals and families in need and offer individual and family counseling to those who may be unable to cover the entire cost. Giving to this cause will continue our value, ensuring no one is turned away because of finances.

4. Outreach Lane - Support efforts to reach the community for the Kingdom.  This includes our Serve Days, the Hernando Correctional Facility, support and care for our local veterans and first responders, and our holiday outreaches which serve families in need in our community.

Your continued legacy support in these areas not only expands the projects offered on every Serve Day but also provides crucial funding to meet the needs of the community we serve. Our goal is to ensure that 100% of Serve Day projects and associated expenses are fully funded. The first Serve Day of 2024 was our largest, with 100% of all projects fully paid for.

Outreach Box Truck Purchase: Total Project Cost $48k, Budgeted Amount $5k = Vision Gap $43k

Since the expansion of our SERVE Days we have begun to reach more and more people that are homeless, lack adequate shelter and are in need of meals. Facilitating this vision would be a fully equipped truck that will go into communities that have needs ranging from meals, to hygiene, distributing clothes, food and would also give the opportunity to shower. This truck would not only on SERVE Days but predetermined days, similarly to a mail route, serving the communities to meet those needs.

5. Missions Lane - National and global efforts to plant churches throughout the US with the ARC (Association of Related Churches) and provide disaster relief.  This lane also helps to build and resource theChapel School in Haiti to help students who attend theChapel Academy receive an Christ centered academic and skill-based education so that they can thrive in their homeland.

Haiti Academy Expansion Project:  Total Project Cost $36k, Budgeted Amount $15k = Vision Gap $21k

As we work to add a second floor at theChapel Academy in Haiti, we're ensuring that they will have adequate space to meet the increased educational needs of the students.
