God sets the vision, we set the pace.
1. theChapel Projects Lane
Future Port Richey Location: Total Project Cost $1m, Budgeted Amount $150k = Vision Gap $850k
We are searching for a property in Port Richey to renovate into the future home of theChapel’s Port Richey campus, currently meeting at Regal 18 Theater. This permanent location will create space for more people to gather, grow, and experience life change. The timeline depends on finding the right space and fulfilling the vision gap through giving. Stay tuned for updates!
Future Odessa Location (Former Target): Total Project Cost $8.8m, Budgeted Amount $4.1m = Vision Gap $4.7m
We are planning to build out a permanent location for the Future Odessa location (Former Target), next to Rasmussen College. The build-out will begin in early 2025 and is projected to take 14 months to complete. Once this happens, we can move people who call theChapel home in Odessa to this new location! The timeframes are contingent upon giving and when the vision gap is fulfilled.
RULU Coffee – Trinity Medical Center: Total Project Cost $63k Budgeted Amount $18k = Vision Gap $45k
Launching a Voluntary Pre-Kindergarten (VPK) program at our Trinity campus will give families in our community access to quality, faith-based early education. Designed for four-year-olds, this program helps kids grow in confidence, character, and foundational learning before they begin school. Creating this new space will require classroom build-outs, furniture, learning materials, and staffing, but it will also open doors for families to connect with theChapel in meaningful ways. Together, we can help children start strong—academically, socially, and spiritually.
VPK Chapel Academy & School Startup – Total Project Cost $310 Budgeted Amount $200k = Vision Gap $110k
RULU Coffee inside Trinity Medical Center will be more than coffee—it will be a witness of hope. Scriptures on cups, free Bibles, and coffee delivered through the hospital will bring everyday encouragement and faith. Positioned where thousands of patients, families, and staff pass each week, this shop will meet people in the middle of real life and real need. With upgrades like a new espresso machine, grinders, fresh paint, and refreshed seating, we’ll create a space where people can pause and feel cared for.
2. Leadership Development Lane
The Internship: Total Project Cost $120k, Budgeted Amount $90k = Vision Gap $30k
3. Care & Counseling Lane
The Hope Center: Total Project Cost $204k, Budgeted Amount $60k = Vision Gap = $144k 57k remaining
Thanks to your generosity, we’re able to keep counseling and classes affordable—even for those walking through financial hardship. Most contribute just a small amount, and we cover the rest. Right now, we’re averaging over 340 unique counseling sessions every quarter, and this lane helps make that possible as lives are changed and our community grows stronger.
4. Community Outreach Lane
Yearly Serve Projects: Total Project Cost $216k, Budgeted Amount $120k = Vision Gap = 96k 33K remaining.
This year, we’re launching more Saturday Serve projects than ever—and they’re filling up fast. From schools to shelters, veterans to first responders, we’re actively looking for every opportunity to serve and show the love of Jesus. Our community is noticing. Schools are calling us first. Needs are being met all the time. And theChapel is showing up. Your giving turns action into impact—helping shape a community that looks more like Jesus.
5. Missions Lane
We’re currently awaiting an update from the team in Haiti so we can see what projects are ahead and which ones will most directly serve, equip, and grow the students at Chapel Academy Haiti.
